I know this girl at work who supports her and her boyfriend. She’s almost 17. When I heard about this, I was appalled. I wondered how low could us guys go? If I was independent and my girlfriend offered to support me, no matter rich she was, I would say no. I would even live on the streets or in a car if I had to. I think it’s really wrong. If a guy cannot make enough money even for himself, either he’s got to be really stupid, or he’s really lazy. I think that, if anything, the guy should be supporting his girlfriend, if occasion requires it. I believe any guy could make enough, if he worked hard and cared enough. I think it’s really sad if a guy accepts any money for support from his girlfriend. It’s just not right.
